קבוצה של חובבי גרפיטי, רייטרים וצלמים שהחליטו ליצור ולהוציא לאור מגזין גרפיטי מודפס שיציג את הנעשה באזורינו. מגזין אינסומניה לא מקדם ונדליזם. הרעיון הגיע אך ורק כדי לקדם את מסורת וסצנת הגרפיטי ישראלי בארץ ובעולם.
